The AirSkeleton™ Manifold

The core of the patented invention is a modular, internal aeration skeleton comprised of a central vertical chimney integrated with staggered lateral arms. Unlike standard perforated pipes, these arms are positioned at non-linear intervals to eliminate "dead zones" where anaerobic bacteria typically thrive in high-density organic environments.
The manifold utilizes the Stack Effect (thermal buoyancy), where the heat generated by vermiculture activity pulls cooler, oxygen-rich air through the lateral intake arms and exhausts CO2 through the central flue. This creates a self-regulating pressurized environment without the need for mechanical fans or external power.

Unique Technical Advantages:

  • Passive Atmospheric Exchange: Employs a specific internal volume-to-surface-area ratio that maintains aerobic conditions even at maximum material compression.

  • Staggered Lateral Geometry: Prevents the "channeling" of air, ensuring a uniform oxygen curtain throughout the entire 48-inch HDPE chamber.

  • Structural Integrity: The skeleton acts as a load-bearing internal frame, preventing the vermicompost from compacting under its own weight and crushing the air gaps.

  • Thermal Gradient Control: Naturally dissipates excess metabolic heat, protecting the worm population from "hot spots" during peak processing phases.

The SoilBiome

FutureSoil™ presents The SoilBiome™  a professional-grade modular biological reactor designed for high-density vermiculture (Worm Composting). Built around the proprietary AirSkeleton™ manifold, this system eliminates anaerobic failure points by delivering consistent oxygen through a tri-level, staggered aeration framework. The rotten smell from compost piles is hydrogen sulfide and ammonia from anaerobic conditions. The AirSkeleton™ in turn also supports the weight of the biomass in the chamber so it will not collapse under its own weight and cause anaerobic conditions.

By merging Hügelkultur principles with precision engineering, The SoilBiome™ optimizes microbial activity, vermiculture health, and fungal dominant soils by accelerating organic waste-to-resource conversion for sustainable agricultural scaling through vermiculture practices.

The SoilBiome Chamber (Engine Block) measures 48” Diameter x 31” Tall. Designed to produce 500-700+ lbs of fungal dominant biological inoculant per unit. Applied at 2lbs per acre, one unit creates enough inoculant for 250+ acres of land.

Factory Assembled Units Available 1st Quarter of 2027

For shipping and stacking purposes the top chimney section is removed and assembled on site.

Commitment to Soil Regeneration

We are looking for teams of crop scientists, farmers, and soil regenerators to pilot test and build each organization’s empirical research into a “Biological Internet”. With practical field knowledge and real time data results we will be able to predict crop yields and soil profiles based on the biology inside the SoilBiome.
